I have set it up so that the first page has one image in the header, and any subsequent pages have a different image in the header. There are hundreds of premade microsoft word letterhead templates that you can use to create a letterhead in word. For example, you might change the margins, fonts, or style.
From the file menu, select save as…. Determine the top margin you want used on the first page, to allow for your letterhead. Here, we demonstrate how to properly create a letterhead template.
